Returns & Refund Policy for Online Orders

IMPORTANT: This policy applies only to items purchased from the Heroes of Time Shop at heroesoftime.com.  It does NOT apply to products purchased from Amazon or any other retailer.  If you purchased your Heroes of Time product from another retailer, please contact that retailer regarding their returns policy.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item plus any applicable taxes to your original form of payment for items returned within 30 days of receipt. All returned items must be in their original, unopened condition. Shipping fees are not refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns of the following:

  • Digital content and downloaded purchases, including but not limited to downloadable audiobook and PDF files;
  • Gift cards;
  • Orders for books in quantities of 10 or more;
  • Orders for books in quantities of 5 or more exceeding a sum of three hundred US dollars ($300);
  • CDs, DVDs, or other media that have been opened.

Please Note: You will be required to pay for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
